External Core Customers visiting from institutions outside of the US
For External Core Customers visiting from institutions outside of the US
- The Core Director hosting the international core customer should contact International_Collaborations@hms.harvard.edu to confirm that the visiting individual meets Harvard criteria relating to export control compliance for work in the core. This step can be done in parallel with setting up a Harvard Sponsored Role (HSR) for the customer.

- Will the material or research be used by or for the government or military?:
- Is this associated with a sponsored award at HMS? If so, please provide the fund number:

- Is it pathogenic?
- Does it contain elements of a human or animal pathogen or toxin?
- Is it a genetically modified organism? If yes, does it represent a significant hazard or cause harm to humans, plants, or animals?
- Who will receive/use the material:
- Where will the material be sent:
- Planned use for the material:
