Service Center Management Information Sessions

KyungAh Chung-Benedetti (KCB, BCMP Director of Finance and Administration) and Brian Kimball (Director of Cost Analysis, Office of Finance) host a quarterly “brown bag” (bring your own lunch) zoom meeting for HMS and HSDM staff who manage finances for service centers. HMS core directors and staff who would like to learn more about the details of core finance and budget management are invited to attend. KCB and Brian also keep an HMS Service Center Frequently Asked Questions document FAQ to which questions/answers are added after each meeting. It’s a very helpful resource!
